[ZR-7 Filtre à Air] Filtre à air Hiflo HFA2703 est-il pré huilé ?

Bonjour,

j'ai acheté un Filtre à air Hiflo HFA2703 pour ma ZR7, est-il pré huilé ? je n'ai pas l'impression ou c'est très léger...
faut-il le huiler comme indiqué dans le  ce tuto : [Tuto ZR-7] Changement filtre à air (https://forum.planete-kawasaki.com/index.php/topic,5667.0.html)

je me pose ces questions car ce nouveau filtre à l'air me parait être composé d'une structure de mousse assez différente du filtre d'origine.

Salut, jamais vu ce type de filtre. J'aurais tendance à dire que s'il y a de la mousse, alors il faut huiler...De même que les K et N, DNA ...en coton. Mais ce truc, je sais pas...

j'ai posé la question au fabriquent via le formulaire de contact sur leur site : http://www.hiflofiltro.com/contact, voici la réponse :

Le filtre à air HFA2703 est pré-huilé et donc prêt à l'emploi, cependant, si le filtre a séché une fine couche d'huile doit être appliqué
Attention la mousse ne doit pas être imbibé d'huile , il faut juste une application très légère afin de ne pas l'obstruer


en espérant que cela pourra en aider d'autres

The Kawasaki ZR-7 is fitted with a foam style air filter element and this uses oil to trap containments within the foam. Our HFA2703 filter comes pre-oiled ready to fit straight from the packet however, if the filter has been allowed to dry out before installation a thin coating of specific air filter oil should be applied. Please take care when applying filter oil as too much will restrict air flow and affect engine performance.

I think the air filter have dried, when i press the foam with my finger there isn't any oil not even a thin coat.
What kind of specific oil do you recommend to oil it again ?

We do not recommend any particular brand of oil, and any good quality foam air filter oil such as Twin air or Putoline will be suitable. As previously stated, the filter only requires a very light application and care should be taken not to saturate the foam
